Prices and Payment

Delivery

Delivery costs and times are shown before you pay. An item becomes your responsibility once it is delivered to you, or to someone you have nominated to receive it. If an order is late or does not arrive, contact us and we will put it right.

Collecting from the Shop

You can choose to collect your order from our shop at Unit 4a, St Martin's Quarter, Worcester, WR1 2DA instead of having it delivered. We email you when it is ready; please bring your order number. We hold a collection order for 7 days from that email; if it has not been collected by then, we cancel it and refund you in full. An order you collect becomes your responsibility once it is handed to you.

Cancelling and Returning

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel an order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Tell us within that time, then return the item within 14 days of telling us. We refund the price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the item back. Some items cannot be returned once opened — sealed software, games and items sealed for hygiene reasons — and personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Booster packs and boxes can be returned only unopened: opening one uses up what you paid for, so we cannot refund an opened pack. Singles are sold in the shop as used items and cannot be returned once they have left the shop. Neither affects your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty Items and Your Legal Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you can reject them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund; after that you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and a refund if that does not put things right. A manufacturer’s warranty is in addition to these rights, not instead of them.

Discount Codes and Gift Cards

A discount code can be used only as described when it is issued, cannot be exchanged for cash and may have an expiry date. If you return items bought with a discount, the refund reflects the price you actually paid.

Your Account

If you check out without signing in, or book a session or table, we create an account for you with the email address you gave, so you can see your orders and bookings. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend an account that is used fraudulently or abusively.

Your Personal Information

How we use your information is set out in our Privacy Policy, and the cookies we use in our Cookie Policy.

Complaints and the Law

If something has gone wrong, contact us first — most problems are sorted quickly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can bring proceedings there.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you placed it.
